We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Office Assistant.Â Working in a small office team you will support our customers via email and telephone with any problems or queries regarding their equipment.
You will be obtaining meter readings and raising and processing sales invoices.
You will be dealing with our Suppliers and processing purchase orders,
You will be liaising with our Photocopier Engineers.
You will keep a log of items going in and out.
You will complete agreements for our Customers
Any other duties as required.
You will need to be confident and pleasant on the telephone happy to work independently or as part of a team.
You must be numerate with a knowledge of Outlook and Sage. Training can be given.
Hours of work: 9.00 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
